FlowStation Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using FlowStation (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use or access the App.

FlowStation is owned and operated by Faggioni Systems (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Purpose of the App

FlowStation is a mobile client designed to allow users to connect securely to their own n8n automation servers. The App acts as a client interface and does not host or process your automation data on external servers.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing a valid server URL and API token to connect to your n8n instance.
• Ensuring your server’s security, configuration, and API access controls.
• Complying with any applicable laws and terms of the n8n service or your hosting provider.

We are not responsible for any data loss, security breach, or unauthorized access that occurs on your self-hosted n8n server.

4. Data Storage and Security

• FlowStation stores your server credentials (URL and API token) locally on your device using secure system storage (Keychain on iOS or equivalent on Android).
• Your credentials are never sent to our servers.
• Diagnostic and analytics data may be collected via Sentry and Firebase, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

FlowStation uses trusted third-party tools for analytics and error monitoring:

• Sentry: Crash and error tracking
• Firebase: Analytics and performance monitoring

Each service operates under its own privacy and terms of use. We encourage you to review them:

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design elements within FlowStation (excluding your connected data or n8n workflows) are the intellectual property of Faggioni Systems. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use FlowStation to:

• Access, modify, or disrupt systems you do not own or control.
• Misuse the App in any unlawful or harmful manner.
• Circumvent authentication or security mechanisms on your or others’ servers.

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your access to the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowStation is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The availability or reliability of your connected n8n server.
• Compatibility with future versions of n8n or operating systems.
• The absence of errors, bugs, or interruptions.

You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faggioni Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Data loss or corruption.
• Unauthorized access to your n8n server.
• Business interruption or loss of profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue FlowStation at any time without prior notice.

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App.

Deleting the App will remove all stored credentials and locally saved data.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available within the App and on our official website. Continued use of FlowStation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
